About the Levi's® Red Tab™ Program

What is the Levi’s® Red Tab™ Program?

The Levi’s® Red Tab™ Program allows Members to earn and redeem reward Points, in accordance with the Program’s terms and conditions. Please note that it can take up to one month for Points earned to be credited to the Member’s account.

How do I sign up to the Levi’s® Red Tab™ Member Program?

It’s simple. Just create an account online via our website at www.levi.com.ph, sign up in any one of our boutique stores in the Philippines. It’s free to join and members can unsubscribe anytime online in the 'My Account' section. You will need to provide your Email Address, Date of Birth, Gender, as well as your Mobile Number when registering.

Is there a membership fee?

Membership is free and open to everyone. To participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years of age. If you are under eighteen (18) years of age, you may only participate in the Program under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions.

Is there a membership card?

No. There is no physical membership card. A Member QR Code is generated for each member which can be found in “Membership QR Code”.

Will Levis® store staff know I am a member?

You will need to present your registered Email ID or Philippine mobile number every time you visit any one Levi’s® store.

What about my previous Levi’s membership?

All Levi’s® VIP Club members are automatically transferred to the new Levi’s® Red Tab™ Program membership.

Can there be more than one person share a membership account?

No. Levi’s® Red Tab™ Program membership, benefits, and rewards are non-transferrable, not exchanged for cash, and cannot be shared with family members, friends, or others.

I signed up for a membership in Philippines? Can I use my points in other countries?

No. Your Levi’s® points are only valid for the Levi’s® Red Tab™ Member Program in the country where you have signed up for.

I do not wish to continue my membership with the Levi's® Red Tab™ Member Program, how should I proceed?

About The Red Tab™ Program Points Issuance and Redemption

How to earn points?

Members can earn at least 1 Point for every 1 PHP spent when making purchase(s) in the Philippines in participating Levi’s® stores, and online at www.levi.com.ph (together, the “Levi’s® Boutique stores and Online Stores”) with the Program. Start earning from min 1 PHP spend, rounding down to the nearest point issued.

Members will not be eligible to earn points on any purchase of gift vouchers. Members who purchase on www.levi.com.ph will need to login to their member account before making any purchase to earn Points.

Members who make a purchase at Levi’s® Boutique stores can verify their membership by providing their email and/or mobile phone number. Please note that it can take up to one month for Points earned to be credited to the Member’s account.

Where can you use the Levi’s® Red Tab™ Member Program benefits?

Membership benefits may be used at all Levi’s® Boutique stores and www.levi.com.ph. Members would get instant rebates for earning points from min. 1 PHP spend, rounding down to the nearest point issued.

A minimum of 100 points are required for redemption at Participating Retail and Online Stores to offset your purchases. Points cannot be used in combination with a gift voucher for any online purchases.

Do my points expire?

Points have a validity of 12 months (365 days) from the date of accrual.

How do I check my current Levi’s® Red Tab™ Member rewards and make changes to my account info?

Once earned, the Points will appear on the Member’s account portal on www.levi.com.ph. 100 Points is equivalent to 1 PHP in value and can be used to offset your future purchases at Participating Retail and Online Stores. The Points can be applied to offset your next purchase amount (net purchase price including VAT, and excluding shipping fees for online purchases).

To check your points, member rewards and vouchers, log in to your Levi’s® Red Tab™ Member account and click on ‘Loyalty Points’. On this page, you’ll be able to see all your available points including any discount voucher.

To modify your details, click ‘My Profile’ to update your shipping address, phone number and other account info.

How do I redeem my points?

The number of Points that will be applied to a purchase will either be the total amount of Points the Member owns, or if that exceeds the value of the purchase, then the number of Points equal in value to the price of the purchase.

However, the Member cannot choose how many Points will be applied to offset a purchase. Where a purchase made wholly or partly using Points is returned for a refund in accordance with our returns policy, the Points portion of the purchase shall be refunded in the form of cash vouchers. Members should write to https://www.levi.com.ph/contact-us within 14 days of making a purchase to make a returns request.

What do I do when I do not receive points in my account after a purchase is made?

Your Levi’s points will be awarded up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If for any reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your Points balance, please contact us via https://www.levi.com.ph/contact-us.

Is there an expiry to my membership?

For the BLUE membership tier, there is no expiry date. However, there is a 12 months’ expiry from the date of member registration or tier upgrade for both the Silver and Gold tiers.

How will I know if I have reached the SILVER (/GOLD) tier?

FROM BLUE TO SILVER MEMBERSHIP

You will be upgraded to a SILVER member when you have spent 7,500 PHP in a year. If you do, we will send you a confirmation email. You will also notice a change in your Levi’s® Red Tab™ program login portal and you will begin to earn 2X for every 1 PHP spent.

FROM SILVER TO GOLD MEMBERSHIP

You will be upgraded to a GOLD member when you have spent 25,000 PHP in a year. If you do, we will send you a confirmation email. You will also notice a change in your Levi’s® Red Tab™ program login portal and you will begin to earn 3X for every 1 PHP spent.

What are the benefits members can enjoy when they sign up for the Levi’s® Red Tab™ Member Program?

What special benefit(s) will a consumer get for her purchase made on that day if she signs up to the Levi’s® Red Tab™ Member Program?

Members will get the Welcome Bonus Points based on their membership tier: BLUE / SILVER / GOLD they will qualify for when they make the first purchase on the day they sign up for the program or get upgraded to the next tier.

§ BLUE Tier

Once a new member registers, he/she will be a BLUE Tier member. The BLUE Tier Welcome bonus points will be awarded for the first transaction made after the member is qualified as a BLUE Tier member.

§ SILVER Tier

Once the customer registers and makes an accumulative transaction spend of 7,500 PHP in a year, he/she will be upgraded to a SILVER Tier member. The transaction which qualifies the member to be upgraded to the SILVER Tier will not be entitled to earn the SILVER Tier Welcome Bonus Points (2x points). The 2x points are awarded for the first transaction made after the member is qualified as a SILVER Tier member.

§ GOLD Tier

Once the customer registers and makes an accumulative transaction spend of 25,000 PHP in a year, he/she will be upgraded to a GOLD Tier member. The transaction which qualifies the member to be upgraded to the GOLD Tier will not be entitled to earn the GOLD Tier Welcome Bonus Points (3x points). The 3x points are awarded for the first transaction made after the member is qualified as a GOLD Tier member.

In summary, each tier’s Welcome Bonus Points is only awarded for the first transaction made by the members after they have qualified the respective tiers.

Additionally, the Birthday Rewards are also valid for the first transaction made in a member's birthday month.

The points awarded are 1x, 2x and 3x for the BLUE, SILVER and GOLD tier respectively.

For example:

A Member may qualify for a SILVER tier upgrade by spending 7,500 PHP and then qualify for a GOLD tier upgrade by spending a further 17,500 PHP two months later if it is within the current 12-month cycle. The Membership Year will then restart from the date the Member qualifies for GOLD tier (minimum accumulated spend being 25,000 PHP in 12 months).

Check member’s transaction record in Back Office. If the member has only made 1 transaction, get him/her to make 1 more transaction so that they will meet the “2 transactions within 6 months” criteria. Inform the member on the next membership tier benefits.
Look for no. of transactions & amount of purchase. If the member has made 2 transactions but less than 7,500 PHP, tell them to buy one more item to meet the min. accumulated spend for the SILVER tier.
