What is your return policy?

We hope you love your Levi’s® online purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we are here to help!

Additional return policy details:

  1. You can, within 30 days of receiving the product(s) ordered from Levi’s® Philippines Official Online Store (www.levi.com.ph), return any product(s). Any return application not submitted within 30 days of receiving the product(s) will no longer be eligible for return
  2. Product(s) excluded in this policy includes but not limited underwear, socks, and products that has been altered cannot be refunded or returned after the order is placed.
  3. Product(s) can be returned, provided that the product(s) is in its new and original condition, unwashed and unused, original product packaging attached with its original price tags and labels.
  4. Return application for the product(s) purchased at Levi’s® Philippines Official Online Store must be addressed online.
  5. User must log into Levi’s® Philippines Official Online Store to apply for a return. If you check out as a “Guest”, you may not enjoy such service. We do not accept exchanges, but only refunds.
  6. For size exchange, kindly perform a return and place a new order at Levi’s® Philippines Official Online Store
  7. If the product(s) has been discounted either by promotion or coupon codes, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount that you have paid.
  8. In the event you have been entitled to a Gift with Purchase (GWP) in your previous order, when you return your product(s), GWP must be returned together.
  9. Levi’s® Philippines reserves the right to deny a refund if the product(s) does not meet the Return Policy requirements above.

How do I return a Levi.com.ph online order?

Return Process:

For Login User:

  1. Please log in to "My Order", select order and "Request After-Sales Service" to apply return.
  2. A “Return Request Application E-mail” will be sent once we receive your application. It will include a delivery code you will use as address ID which will be recognized at any LBC branch to indicate that you’re making a Levi’s product return to our warehouse. Please include customer name & product order number in your delivery.
  3. Upon the arrival of your returned product(s) at our warehouse, we will check if the product(s) meets the requirements of returns and refunds. Our Customer Service Center will send you a refund confirmation email of refund once it has been approved. Normally your account will be refunded within 30 working days, but it varies depending on your card issuer, bank or electronic payment agency.

Product damaged during shipment

If you received product(s) which is damaged upon arrival, please contact Levi's® Customer Service Center immediately

Once assured they comply with our Returns Policy,we will approve, and start return process immediately.
