| ELIGIBILITY |
Entry is only open to residents of Philippines who:
- are at least 21 years or older at the time of entry;
- are a Levi’s® Red Tab Program member [Not a member yet? Sign up here] and have opted in to receive email marketing and promotional news about Levi’s® products;
- are able to travel during the designated dates as specified under the Prize section; and not an employee of Levi Strauss Philippines Inc. II, its participating outlets, affiliates, suppliers, concessionaires, third party agents, and relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity. ("Entrants").

| ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS |
1. To enter the Promotion, Entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:
- Purchase at least PHP 2500 pesos (net of discount) worth of Levi’s® products in a single receipt at Participating Stores (“Eligible Purchase”).
- Follow the instructions in the electronic direct mail (EDM) received to opt- in for the Promotion during the Promotion Period. Upon receipt of EDM, Entrant may opt-in for the Promotion via the link provided in the EDM or log into Entrant’s Levi’s® Red Tab™ Program member’s account to opt-in for the Promotion. Entrants are required to input their name, postal address, and contact number when opting in.
- Every PHP 2500 spent in a single receipt or transaction on Levi’s® products at Participating Stores entitles Entrant to one (1) chance or raffle entry; Gold tier Levi’s® Red Tab members get two (2) chances or raffle entries for every PHP 2500 spent. Receipts or transactions cannot be combined. Entrants may log into their Levi’s® Red Tab Program member’s portal to check the number of chances or raffle entries they have accumulated.
- Once opted in, all subsequent Eligible Purchases will automatically be converted to draw chance in accordance with these Promotion Terms.
- In the event of a return and/or refund, the number of chance(s) or raffle entries allotted under the relevant receipt or transaction will be reduced accordingly.
- Deadline of entries will be on March 23, 2023, 11:59PM (Philippines time)
2. Promoter’s records of transactions and the total number of chances or raffle entries allotted to Entrants shall be final and conclusive.

| PRIZE |
1. One (1) Prize will be awarded. Winner will receive a 4-day, 3-night expenses paid trip for two to the Rolling Loud® Festival at Legend Siam in Pattaya, Thailand from April 13 to April 16, 2023 (“Festival”) as described further below (the “Prize”).
2. Prize includes:
- Roundtrip economy flight via Philippines Airlines Manila-Bangkok-Manila for winner and one (1) winner’s travel companion (2 pax);
- Hotel accommodation in Pattaya, Thailand on a twin-sharing basis for a deluxe room or equivalent at any of the following hotels: The Zign, Ambassador City, Amari, Holiday Inn, Hilton.
- Two-way ground transportation between Bangkok international airport and hotel in Pattaya for 2 pax;
- Two Entry tickets to Rolling Loud® Festival in Legend Siam, Pattaya, Thailand from April 13, 2023 to 15 April, 2023 (“Festival”) for 2 pax; and
- Two-way transfer between hotel and Rolling Loud Festival venue for winner and Travel Companion;
- Two 3-Day VIP tickets to Festival, from April 13 – 15, 2023 (“Rolling Loud Festival”) for winner and Travel Companion and
- Travel insurance provided by Philippine Airlines (Round Trip International) from 13-16 April 2023 for winner and travel companion.
Approximate value of the Prize: PHP 150,000 (actual value may vary). No difference between the actual cost of Prize components and the approximate Prize value will be provided.
3. Festival ticket delivery method is at sole discretion of Rolling Loud® which will be either sent to winner by mail, email, mobile ticketing or placed at venue Will Call the day of Festival under the winner’s name. Winner must be present to pick up tickets and a valid photo ID will be required if tickets are placed at Will Call. Winner and guests must abide by all Festival/venue policies. Rolling Loud® reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it and/or Festival/venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any Festival/venue policy or law, and/or may bring Rolling Loud® into disrepute. Resale of tickets is prohibited. By claiming tickets, you agree to Festival Tickets Terms of Use and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the Festival, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 status. Should the Festival be cancelled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
4. All Prize details will be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Promoter. Personal expenses, travel and other relevant insurances, meals, transfer and all other items not identified above are specifically excluded.
5. Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with the Prize, acceptance, and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Prizes may be transferrable to another eligible Levi’s® Red Tab™ Program member provided written notice of transfer is given to Promoter within seven (7) days of Prize Notification.
7. Winner and Travel Companion must:
- possess valid passports with at least six (6) months’ validity period from date of departure;
- procure valid travel visas (if applicable). Failure to do so resulting in inability to unable to travel will be deemed as Winner forfeiting the Prize;
- be responsible for complying with all travel requirements and regulations of home and destination countries, including without limitations, applicable health formalities and laws relating to Covid-19.
8. Winner’s travel companion, if any, must be at least 21 years of age, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (at their own cost). In the event winner requests for a change of travel companion, Promoter may accept winner’s request at Promoter’s sole discretion, time permitting, and winner shall bear all costs associated with effecting the change as incurred by Promoter.
9. Winner and winner’s travel companion agree to comply with all applicable venue regulations, and terms and conditions of use imposed by the merchants and service providers in connection with the Prize.
10. Winner may claim the prize at 20/F Tower 2, The Enterprise Center, Paseo De Roxas cor Ayala Ave., Makati City by submitting one (1) valid ID. |
| DETERMINING THE WINNERS |
1. The random electronic prize draw from among all eligible entries will take place at about 12:00PM (Philippines time) on March 24, 2023 at, Levi Strauss Philippines Inc. II, 20/F Tower 2, The Enterprise Center, Paseo De Roxas cor Ayala Ave, Makati City ("Draw") in the presence of a DTI representative.
2. The first Entrant drawn, as determined by the Promoter, will each be awarded a Prize.
3. At the time of the Draw, the Promoter will randomly draw a further two (2) additional Entrants to be reserve winners if a Winner is found to be disqualified or fails to claim his/her prize in accordance with the Promotion Terms ("Reserves").
4. Each Entrants are only eligible to win one (1) Prize regardless of the number of chances allotted.

| WINNER NOTIFICATION |
1. The Result of the Draw will be published online via the Promoter's official channels available at Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/LevisSEA/) and Instagram (@levi_sea) within four (4) days of the Draw.
2. Winner will be notified by registered mail and email based on the information provided at the time of Levi’s® Red Tab™ Program member registration within two (2) business days of the Draw (“Prize Notification”).
3. Promoter accepts no liability if a winner fails to receive the EDM due to spam, junk mail or other security settings, or if a winner has provided incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
4. If the potential winner does not respond to any such Prize Notification within seven (7) days of issuance or declines the Prize for any reason, a disqualification will result and the Prize will be forfeited upon prior approval of DTI.
5. The potential winner may be required to submit his/her valid social security number and/or other identification to Promoter (including relevant travel documents and information) for both winner and Travel Companion as reasonably requested by Promoter or its agent for the purpose of making travel arrangements in connection with the Prize, within two (2) days of acceptance of Prize. Failure to submit any information required by the Promoter or to return the required documents within the specified time period, non-compliance with these Promotion Terms or the return of the Prize (or any portion thereof) or Prize Notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and Prize forfeiture. In the event of disqualification and Prize forfeiture, at Promoter’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be selected from the Reserves in accordance with the order they were first drawn.
6. Successful redemption of Prize is subject to winner possessing all valid travel documents by the departure date from home country, Otherwise, winner is deemed to have forfeited the Prize in its entirety.
7. If winner chooses to travel without a Travel Companion, or if the Travel Companion where applicable is unable to secure a valid travel visa, winner is deemed to have forfeited the portion of the Prize applicable to winner’s travel companion. |
| RESOLVING DISPUTES |
Complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted by email to https://www.levi.com.ph/contact-us. If there is a dispute concerning the complaint, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding in concurrence with DTI and no further correspondence will be entered into. |
| OTHER TERMS |
1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award the Prize where false or misleading details have been given by you, or you have behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner or in breach of any of these Promotion Terms. Any entry not complying with these Promotion Terms is invalid. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.
2. All personal information you provide us in connection with the Promotion will be used, processed and disclosed for the purpose of running the Promotion, as well as the purposes below, and otherwise in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. By entering this Promotion, you acknowledge that the Promoter can contact you by email for the Promotion purposes. If you win, you also understand that the Promoter may disclose your personal information to third parties involved with providing and delivering the Prize to winner, and the Promoter may publicize the your name, address (city and state/territory of residence), photograph, voice, statements and/or other likeness, images and video footages on the use of the Prize including attendance at events being part of the Prize, and prize information for advertising, promotional, and trade in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law. To the extent permitted under the applicable data protection law, the Promoter relies on a legitimate interest or contract fulfillment basis for collecting, storing, and processing the above mentioned information for the declared purposes.
3. WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Promotion and submitting an entry, and to the extent allowed by law, each Entrant (a) agrees to be bound by these Promotion Terms, including all entry requirements, and (b) waives any and all claims against the Promoter and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, Live Nation Worldwide, Inc., (“Live Nation”), More Return Public Company Limited; More Dan Nusa Entertain Co. LTD; Insomniac Holdings, LLC; BZTC LLC; Rolling Loud, LLC and any other parties, as designated by Live Nation, and each of their respective parents, partners, divisions, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, affiliates, and employees (collectively “Rolling Loud”) and any and all other companies associated with the Promotion, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) for any injury, death, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Promotion or from the receipt or use of the Prize (or any portion thereof) or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of the Prize (or any portion thereof).
4. Released Parties (a) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning the Prize (or any portion thereof), and (b) disclaim any implied warranty. Released Parties are not agents of the merchant or service providers of the any part of the Prize and assumes no liability or responsibility for the acts or defects in the goods, or delay, cancellations or unsatisfactory delivery of services offered in any part of the Prize for any reasons howsoever arises. Any dispute about the quality or service standard must be resolved directly with the merchant or service providers. The merchant or service providers may impose conditions for the use of the goods or services and Released Parties will not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of the usage of the goods and services or in connection with the Promotion and/or acceptance or use of the Prize.
5. The Promotor is not liable for any failure to record an entry into the Promotion, and for any late, lost or misdirected entries, including but not limited to entries received due to technical problems (collectively, “Entry Failures”), if such Entry Failures are due to reasons contributed by the Entrants, their software, hardware and/or their network connectivity. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt of an entry. Entrants are solely responsible for internet connectivity, and software and/or hardware that may be required in order to submit an entry.
6. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
7. Except where prohibited by law, these Promotion Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any action, suit, or case arising out of, or in connection with, the Promotion or these Promotion Terms must be brought in the non-exclusive domicile of the Manila, Philippines Court. As a condition of entering this Promotion, each Entrant agrees that under no circumstance will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for actual out-of- pocket expenses. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Promotion Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Promotion Terms shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion-related materials and the terms and conditions of these Promotion Terms, these Promotion Terms shall prevail.
8. Live Nation and Rolling Loud® are not sponsors or the administrators of this Promotion, and not responsible for the selection or verification of winners or the fulfillment of prizing. All inquiries should be directed to Promoter and not to Live Nation or Rolling Loud®.
